THE DIFFERENCE
We offer the Pertronix module kits in an Ignitor 1 or Ignitor 2 module. The difference is the amount of spark the distributor and coil produce. An Ignitor 1 module inside a distributor with a Flame Thrower 1 coil has 3.0 Ohms of resistance and does 40,000 Volts. An Ignitor 2 module inside a distributor with a Flame Thrower 2 coil has 0.6 Ohms of resistance and does 45,000 Volts.

- Stable timing. No need for any adjustment.
- Will trigger most multi-spark CD ignitions
- Use with Flame-Thrower 40,000 volt coil for optimal performance.
- Available for 6 and 12-volt negative and positive ground systems.
- Temperature range -50 degrees to 300 degrees F., RPM range 0 to 15,000 RPM.
