This is only the inner axle boot. This is NOT a complete double axle boot kit. When you purchase both boots and the flange, they install the same way as a conventional single axle boot setup. The benefit of using a double cv boot is the added protection in case the inner boot pulls off the flange or in case it tears. The flange uses two mounting surfaces for the boots. There is an inner lip for an inner boot that mounts within the CV bolts, and an outer surface lip for an outer boot to mount over the entire flange.
