This is the bushing on the tip of your nose cone that your transmission selector or hockey stick goes through. This was designed as an "adapter" to go in pre 1966 beetle transmissions that didn't have a spot for you to put the hockey stick seal. The difference in diameter between this and the "late" bushing is only half of a millimeter and it is really common to have a nose cone off of a later model transmission so we highly recommend buying both bushings if you're not 100% certain on your bushing's size. The length and diameter do not include the portion that the hockey stick's seal is sitting in. This can also be used on Mendeola transmissions that are using a beetle nose cone.

Diameter: 17mm
Length: 19mm
