The separate clamp will rotate 360 degrees allowing you to position the mirror on a vertical or horizontal tube. However there are three dowel pin holes on the clamp that will line up with 5 dowel pin holes on the mirror allowing for 15 locked positions to prevent the mirror from moving. The clamp is sold separately. The mirror head will pivot a few degrees inside the housing allowing you to angle the mirror in any direction.
